Products, 14 day returns
Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us first for the return address and instructions. The buyer pays return shipping, and where the error is ours or the item arrived damaged, we pay return shipping and ship a replacement or refund the item to the original payment method.
Wigs
A wig can be returned within 14 days of delivery when it is unworn, the lace is uncut, and the tags and packaging are intact. A wig that has been worn, cut, dyed, or altered is a final sale for hygiene reasons, and this rule is stated here so every buyer sees it before ordering.
Hair oil and opened items
Opened hair oil and opened personal care items are final sale for hygiene reasons. A damaged or leaking bottle is replaced or refunded with a photo of the damage sent to us within 7 days of delivery.
Braiding services
A braiding appointment deposit is applied to the service. Reschedule or cancel 48 hours or more before the appointment and the deposit moves to the new date or comes back to you. A cancellation inside 48 hours keeps the deposit toward the reserved time.
Custom orders
Custom orders made to your measurements or colors are final sale, and damaged or incorrect custom items are repaired, replaced, or refunded.
